In general
Visitors tax and other services
Price and service
The prices are final (local visitor’s tax excluded). They include value-added tax, service, use of the seaside resort of the hotel with the sunbathing lawn, use of deckchairs and parking lots. From the 8th night on we give a 10% discount on the daily price (except special arrangements). For conferences, seminars and groups we offer a special all-inclusive price.
Arrival
You can use your room from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival till 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 6 p.m.. Please note that otherwise we won’t be able to keep your contract.
Accomodation contract
The business conditions of the contract comply with the general conditions of the hotel business trade of the “Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband e.V.”(DEHOGA). If the contract rules are not complied with we must require a cancellation fine. For further details please read the conditions of our contract.
Pets
We mustn’t tolerate animals in the hotel area and restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

Our house is closing for winter.

Offers include rich breakfast buffet, free use of our bicycles for adults subject to availability and access to the on-site seaside resort and sunbathing lawn. The arrival is possible at 3 p.m. All offers are bookable according to availability. We assume no liability for external services. Since the offers are all-inclusive we won't be able to credit unused services to your account. Subject to alterations.

Children aged 5 and under stay for free in the room with their parents; Bed and Breakfast is free
Extra bed with breakfast for children up to 12 years: € 30,- per person and day
Extra bed with breakfast for children aged over 13 and adults: € 50,- per person and day
